The Los Gatos & Campbell Meditation Meetup Group meets every Monday at 7pm until 8pm at the following address:

Come learn about meditation and meet others that share your interest in meditation. We typically spend some time discussing a meditation book (or related book) and then participate in a silent or guided meditation. On occasion we will listen to meditation audios or meditation mp3s. All levels of experience are welcome from beginners to experienced. Suggested donation: $5

Announcing a special one-day workshop :: Mindfulness and Insight Meditation on Saturday, October 11th, 2008.
The Mindfulness and Insight Meditation Workshop is taught from 9:30am until 2:30pm (we will take a half-hour break for lunch).
During this course you will experience first hand how meditation creates a simple but powerful flow that enriches all aspects of your life; body, mind, & spirit. Join us and learn to meditate!
Mindfulness is not thinking, interpreting, or evaluating; it is an awareness of perception. It is a nonjudgmental quality of mind which does not anticipate the future or reflect back on the past.
Any activity can be done with mindfulness. Talking on the telephone, cleaning your home, driving, working, and exercising can all be incorporated into your mindfulness practice.
