I am a U.S. Navy wife and mother of 2 children. I was born into the U.S. military. My father was a U.S. Navy officer (prior enlisted U.S. Air Force). My mother is an immigrant from the Philippines. I have one younger sibling. I have just started my journey in Buddhism and meditation practice. I look foward to my journey.
