Today, everyone sooner or later, realizes that life lives within time and so time needs to be treated with respect and not be squandered. Upon reflection, someone may realize that they have a battery," so to speak, with a certain amount of energy. If they are not careful they can waste most of it on unnecessary, irrelevant and insignificant things. Everyone has a final destiny that is common for all human beings; death. So, knowing that one day, each person in their own time, will move on to the next dimension of life, whatever that might be to each individual, should be a motivating factor. When one realizes this Truth about life, reflecting on how they have been utilizing their "battery," they may discover they are not as balanced mentally, physically and spiritually as they could be.

Taking a personal inventory so one can see where they stand regarding how they are managing their lives may lead someone to some clues as to why they are not living a life of contentment. In fact, mostly everyone has some "house cleaning" to do in all three departments; the Body, the Mind and the Spirit department. But in the midst of unveiling revelations about how one is handling their lives, one needs to remember the goal is to try to maintain a certain balance so that one can ride the tide of life rather than drown in it. So at the moment, many people may be treading water but after introspecting, someone may know where the adjustments need to be made. No one needs to run out of juice before their life’s mission is complete.

Many individuals are guilty of “wasting” their time on things that are not supposed to be on their plate in the first plate. The funny thing is that a person themselves is usually the guilty party for putting things on their plate that were intended for someone else’s. When someone finds themselves looking at their TO DO list and breaking a sweat, they should know it is time to get back to the basics. Even though they may have read countless books on life management and personal growth, that doesn't mean that they or anyone else won’t struggle. As human, we sometimes find life forcing its will on us. That is when one should remind themselves that it is THEIR life and they can choose which way to turn the sails of their ship so that they can take advantage of the wind instead of ending up shipwrecked. It is the action to direct oneself to a higher plain of living. Each person needs to remember to look for the "lighthouse", their Spirit, to beam clarity for them to follow. All it takes is some introspection. All it takes is a step or two back, taking a deep breath, and waiting for the insight or the revelation to manifest, which will reveal what one must do to reach balance in all areas of life.
