Stomach fat is a growing and common occurrence in most men and women nowadays. Sadly, researchers have been unable to come up with viable solution to help lose Stomach Fat.In this article, I hope to look at the possible causes of stomach fat in women and to critically access some possible and available non-surgical solution on how to lose stomach fat. Although there are claims that men because of their likely drinking habit are more prone to having Stomach Fat, I have decided to narrow this subject to women alone because available documents and statistics have shown that women are more likely to have stomach fat than men. This paper shall thus be divided into 3 parts; part 1 and 2 shall discuss the causes of Stomach Fat under two headings- natural and lifestyle, while part 3 will review existing non-surgical methods and make some recommendation based on facts, figures and testimonies. It shall thus conclude on the best way to lose Stomach Fat .
Stomach fat in women can be caused by a number of factors. Firstly, it can be due to the result of pregnancy. In science, physics has shown that when a spring is stretched, it expands and obeys the hook’s law and when released, it returns back to his original state. This phenomenon can be extended to a pregnant woman, whose belly expand and after delivery is expected to return fully to its original state. However, this is never always the case. Certain factors thus prevents the totally recovery of the belly to its original state. Factors such as body features; body frame and structure determine whether the belly would return to its original state or develop into Stomach Fat .
Secondly, poor eating habit is another reason why women develop stomach fat. Families prefer to buy fast and quick food rather than cook meal at home and this serves as a negative role model for their children who are likely to copy this ugly habit from their parents .Another major factor why women develop stomach fat is heavy alcoholic consumption. Recent survey revealed that driving excessively account for over 20 % of the excess stomach fat in women. This record is likely to increase if proper measures are not in place to stop this menace.
Medical researches have shown that excess Stomach Fat is due to poor eating habit and lack of exercise. They proved that eating healthy with regular exercise will help combat weight gain, stomach fat and ultimately prevent obesity. They went further to prove that maintaining a healthy lifestyle can prevent a lot of aged related illness.
