Fat is saving your life! In each moment of each day your body is miraculously making the best of a bad situation. Striving and working hard to maintain balance, your body creates almost majestic ways of dealing with your constant attack. Would you like to give your body a hand?

If you are overweight then it is a certainty that you are over-acidic. Through a combination of eating and drinking the wrong things, not exercising efficiently and creating stressful emotions, you are pouring acid into your system at an incredible rate. It is the equivalent of trying to bail out a sinking ship with a teaspoon; it's only a matter of time until you sink!

Your body, in all it's incredible glory, has four natural and wonderful process' to eliminate acids. After all, acids are completely unavoidable, every single cell in your body is excreting acidic waste. This waste is removed through the four natural channels of Urination, Defecation, Perspiration and Respiration.

If this process continued to work this way, all would be good in the land of our insides. But there is a problem...we are creating more acid than our body can deal with through these four channels alone! So what happens next? I hear you ask. Great question! And the answer leads us to the key to this topic and your understanding of what is really happening in that beautiful body of yours.

When you, through lifestyle choices, continue to add ridiculous amounts of acid waste to your body, your body has to find secondary methods of keeping the acids at bay. Can you imagine what would happen to your vital organs if they were bathed in these acids?! I'm sure you can muster a memory from science class in school, watching the effects of acid as it melted it's way through various materials.

So what are those secondary methods of acid coping? Well, there are many, but I want to focus on one in particular here...your body stores fat to neutralize the acids and take them far enough away from the organs so that they don't kill you!

There you have it. This is why your body is storing fat. It is your body protecting itself from your acidic lifestyle choices. Just in case that didn't sink in completely, let me repeat it...Your body is storing fat so that it has somewhere to store the acidic matter that would otherwise wreak havoc and destroy your organs, resulting in death!

The solution then becomes simple. Do you remember the pH Scale? At one end is acid and at the other is....Alkalinity! Alkaline living is the most surefire way to lose weight quickly, healthily and naturally you will find. Alkaline foods and fluids, accompanied by exercise and taking control of your mind/emotions, will have your extra pounds dropping off faster than you can imagine!

Studies of overweight patients switching to an alkaline way of life have shown up to 3 pounds of fat loss per day...and this is healthy! Don't listen to people who say that losing weight quickly is bad for you, that is rubbish. When you offer your body enough alkalinity to deal with the acid that is causing not just weight gain but every other possible bodily problem you can imagine, your entire life will change!

Through alkaline living you will lose weight fast and keep it off. Your joints will stop aching. Your skin and eyes will brighten. Your focus will become clearer. Your emotions will be more stable. You will feel more alive than you have ever felt.
